Albert Watson New Kate Moss Piece

Albert Watson, one of the world’s most successful fashion and commercial photographers during the last four decades, has now made available a new piece of work through Guy Hepner. “Kate Moss In A Veil,” is a prime example of Albert Watson’s photographic skills, creating a striking image of one of the most well known super models in the world.


Albert Watson is known for creating over 250 covers of Vogue around the world, as well as numerous other work for Rolling Stone, Time Magazine, and Vibe. He is also known for his works known as Cyclops that show a slight edge and difference to his style of work in the fashion and commercial world. This collection depicts strange object portraits of Moroccan fetishes and other objects.

2 New Damien Hirst Prints Available



Two new Damien Hirst prints are now available through Guy Hepner, “Ring a Ring of Roses” and “Spinning Wheel". These colorful prints resemble Damien Hirst’s bright artwork, such as his piece, “All You Need is Love, Love, Love,” and are examples of Hirst’s incredible print making abilities in a completely different aspect than some of his other collections, such as the “Pharmacy” print collection.

Damien Hirst’s artwork is internationally renowned and has completely dominated the contemporary art scene. His widely known iconic work includes, “The Shark”, a formaldehyde immersed shark in a vitrine, from his collection “Physical Impossibility of Death in the Mind of Someone Living.” This collection also included his his piece “Mother and Child Divided,” which holds a cow and calf in two separate composites of class, silicone sealants, as well as formaldehyde. The sale of this piece made him known as the world’s second most expensive living artist. Damien Hirst’s paintings and sculptures are also widely popular, such as “For the Love of God,” a skull made out of platinum, 8,601 diamonds and human teeth, making it the worlds most expensive piece of art ever created.

Slim Aarons “Once Upon A Time” Available


Slim Aarons, “Once Upon A Time” pieces are now available through Guy Hepner. Slim Aarons poolside images have been acknowledged as some of the most influential photographs of his generation. He is best known for “A Place in the Sun” as well as “Once Upon A Time,” within that collection is Slim Aarons “Poolside Gossip” photograph, a very popular piece, now available through Guy Hepner as well.




His works have noted him as one of the greatest postwar photographers. He photographed the international elite and described this as photographing, “attractive people doing attractive things in attractive places.” This is apparent in the collection of works acquired by Guy Hepner. Gavin Bond Backstage is Front Page News


Gavin Bond's ascent through the ranks of the fashion photography world continued apace in New York on Wednesday. Coming on the back of strong results in London in 2008, Bond's Backstage Volume II portfolio attracted multiple interest from photography collectors in New York on Wednesday. The portfolio of twelve images finally sold to an undisclosed buyer for $20,000. The portfolio was originally published by Guy Hepner for $12,500 in an edition of 10, since sold out. Bond, a graduate of London's infamous St Martin's College of Art has seen a progressive tranformation from in demand editorial and fashion photographer in the commercial world to fine art photographer, will his works now appearing side by side and realising comparable values to established icons such as Helmut Newton, David LaChapelle and Annie Leibovitz.

David Drebin Sets World Record Price




April 1st marked a watershed in the career of famed New York based photographer David Drebin. At a time when assets are universally depreciating in value, Drebin showed that there is still appreciation to be found for the very best quality art. His 48 x 60" photograph "Movie Star" shot to a final selling price of $16,250 at Phillips De Pury's spring photographs auction in New York. The image, originally available from Guy Hepner in an edition of 7 attracted strong bidding aided by its selection as the front cover of the catalogue. A collector would have seen their piece more than double in value in less than 12 month, an amazing anomaly to the current economic climate. Celebrity collectors of Drebin's work include Elton John and Ben Stiller.
